Ashton Applewhite’s book “This Chair Rocks: A Manifesto Against Ageism” is smart, insightful, and full of ideas that make you reconsider your perceptions.  We’ll be discussing chapters 3 and 4 on the older brain and the older body.  Whether you’ve read the book or not, you’re invited to join the discussion.  Note: this is not a presentation.  It is a conversation that will use the book as a jumping off point.
