History: A love story started in Austria between 1933-1940+ and continued for a lifetime. My parents met during a very hostile and threatening period in history; Dad was an American, and Mom was an Austrian who immigrated to the USA and became a US citizen in 1954. Sixteen years after 1940, my mother visited her family back in a small village a few hours southwest of Vienna, Austria. In 1958, I was introduced to her family and a lifetime relationship ensued. I introduced my children when they were under 9, and now they have introduced their children to the latest generation. I will present photos of our Summer 2023 trip to Austria, and I hope you will join me.
