About this event
TVIH will host a joint trip with the
Travel Group and Out and About. Join us for a group trip to Loew Vineyards—Julie and Mark’s favorite Maryland winery. Plan to depart at 10.30am from Columbia for a 11.15am arrival.
Our group will sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sipping wine and noshing on snacks. There are tables at the vineyard, but please plan on bring an outdoor chair so our group can all sit together. https://loewvineyards.net/visit-us
Please brings snacks/food for a potluck to share with the group and help make this an active pot luck. Snacks can also be purchased at Loew Vineyards.
For those that are interested, we’ll do a wine tasting inside at 11.30am. Please let Julie know if you’d like to participate in the wine tasting no later than July 27th to confirm the reservation with Rachel at Loew Vineyards. The cost for sampling 6 wines is $25. You will be able to pay for the wine tasting at the vineyard. You do not need to participate in the wine tasting to attend this event.
There is live music at the vineyard from 2-5pm.
We will carpool to the event. Volunteer drivers are requested. Julie will coordinate the carpool closer to the event.
