Thursday Talk and Walk, Sewell’s Orchard Ponds, 1PM
About this event
Thursday Talk and Walk is a social gathering to a different place every Thursday
to introduce members to interesting places in Howard County and to create a
social vehicle to get to know each other better. We may go for coffee afterwards.
It is open to all and no registration is required. If the outdoor temperature is below
40 degrees or it is raining/snowing, we will meet in the Mall in Columbia on the
second level near Macy’s.
The Thursday Talk and Walk for February 19 is at 1:00 at Sewell’s Orchard Ponds.
From Oakland Mills Road leaving the Circle at the Old Montgomery Road end of
Blandair Park take a left onto Sewell’s Orchard Drive (Top of the hill) and go 5/8
of a mile to the Park on your left. From Homewood Road or Snowden River Parkway,
take Oakland Mills Road to a right on Sewel’s Orchard Drive (Top of the hill). Go 5/8
of a mile to Sewell’s Orchard Park on left. Set GPS for 6501 Sewells Orchard Dr.
