Today's topic: A TOUR OF MY GARDEN
TVIH members, Fran and Cathy will share their favorite hobby, gardening, with us.
They will describe their gardens and talk about the time when they started gardening. They will share with us the physical and mental wellbeing they have experienced from gardening.
Cathy is a master gardener and she has many native plants in her garden.
Fran incorporates rain gardens and deer fences to protect her shrubs, and she finds gardening to be an activity that encourages mindfulness. She states, "find me where the wild things grow among the greenery, letting nature guide my thoughts."
