Today's Topic: Getting to Know the TVH Website
The is a workshop for anyone who has questions using the TVIH website. Bring your smartphone, iPad or laptop computer. You will have time to practice in class.
Topics will include:
1. Log in as a member
2. Reset your password
3. Update your personal information
4. Check your payment history
5. Register for an event
6. Cancel an existing event registration
7. Send a Forum message to request a contractor referral, to sell/give away a personal item, or share local news/newspaper articles that benefit the elderly population.
8. Reply to a forum message posted by others.
9. Look up your TVIH friends' phone number and email address in the membership directory.
10. Need a ride to a TVIH event? Look up the names and contact information of other members who have registered.
11. Find the contact information of TVIH Officers, Board members and committee chairs.
12. Read the board meeting minutes in the document library.
13. Find the TVIH history in words and in photos.
14. Find the institutional donors to TVIH.
15. Find the link to TVIH monthly newsletters.
16. Find the YouTube links to hundreds of recorded TVIH programs (music lectures, art lectures, healthy living/downsizing lectures, travel talks, meditation, Good Morning Howard variety shows, annual membership meetings, etc.)
