HOSTS: Mark Toohey and Joy Cheung
TOPIC: GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PODCAST HOSTS
I'm Joy Cheung, your co-host for Living Well. I'm excited about this new chapter in my life because helping others, learning and teaching technology are my passions. I'm an avid volunteer as it brings joy to my life, a sense of purpose and a role model to my 10 grandchildren.
I'm Mark Toohey, your co-host of Living Well. I've recently retired from the Information Technology sector, so I'm thrilled to venture into the world of Podcasting. I've come to understand the value of "it takes a village". As a young and newly retired professional I was seeking purpose, so I become a member and volunteer of a senior 50+ group where I explore ways to help others bridge the work-to-retirement path.
