TVIH member, Barbara Carter, will describe her experience touring the western part of Russia aboard a Viking River Cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg. Several lakes and rivers were transited by this relatively small vessel (200 passengers) and land tours were included as part of the tour price. Barbara will describe the difference between a river cruise and a large ship cruise to the Caribbean or other ports.
