Howard County has a wide network of human service organizations that meet the needs of our most vulnerable residents.  The county’s affluence does not negate need.  Grassroots has evolved over the years to provide the only general shelter for homeless HC residents, services for homeless that do not live in shelters, a crisis hotline, and mobile crisis team.  Learn about the needs in our county, Grassroots services and how we can support Grassroots in service provision. Each participant is asked to bring men’s or women’s deodorant as a donation to shelter residents.
